Vietnam Charity Day 2026: A Journey of Connecting Compassionate Hearts

28/06/2026
okviphoatdong store and the non-governmental organization Les Enfants du Dragon (LEDD) have successfully co-organized the "Vietnam Charity Day 2026" campaign, providing timely material and spiritual support to underprivileged lives at the Phoenix Orphanage.
JUNE 27, the community-centered volunteer campaign "Vietnam Charity Day 2026" (Charity Day S3) officially came to a successful close, leaving profound impressions of solidarity and benevolence. The event was collaboratively driven by the Center of Transdisciplinary Research and Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology and International Projects, and worked with the GO! AN LẠC Team.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Prof. Dr. Eric Jose Olmedo Panal, Director of the okviphoatdong store Center of Transdisciplinary Research and Innovation, expressed his heartfelt appreciation: "When businesses, organizations, universities, and individuals unite for a shared vision, we can generate deep and sustainable social impacts."
The Humanitarian Mission of LEDD and the Sanctuary of Phoenix Orphanage
Established in 2009 under the official operating license of the Department of Foreign Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam), Les Enfants du Dragon (LEDD) is a reputable French non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting disadvantaged populations in Vietnam. Over nearly two decades, LEDD has continuously implemented meaningful humanitarian initiatives, ranging from constructing compassionate houses, schools, and clean water systems to providing essential medical assistance, restoring hope and transforming the destinies of thousands of lives across the country.
A core, long-term project of the organization is the Phoenix Orphanage (located on National Route 50, Thuan Bac Hamlet, Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District). Rather than merely an institutional shelter, Phoenix has truly become a second home filled with love for orphaned, abandoned, and homeless children. At Phoenix, children receive comprehensive care in terms of nutrition and health within a safe, respectful environment. Furthermore, they are provided with optimal opportunities for education, academic pursuit, and life-skills development, fully preparing them for a self-reliant and brighter future.
The "Speaking Figures" of Community Benevolence
Thanks to the enthusiastic joint efforts of donors, partners, and the untiring dedication of volunteers, the Vietnam Charity Day 2026 campaign achieved highly impressive results. All contributed essential supplies were meticulously inventoried and handed over to the orphanage.
Every carton of milk, every bag of rice, and every bottle of sauce given exceeded their material value, carrying a powerful message of compassion, unity, and hope. It serves as a gentle reminder that every child deserves love, dignity, and the opportunity for a better tomorrow. All of these essential supplies will be delivered directly to the Phoenix Orphanage to guarantee nutritious, heartwarming meals for the children and local underprivileged families.
The success of Vietnam Charity Day 2026 once again reaffirms okviphoatdong store’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by educating the younger generation towards sustainable values and community engagement. The Organizing Committee would like to express our sincerest gratitude and looks forward to welcoming you to our future volunteer journeys.
