After six months of mentorship, meaningful connections, and shared growth, the Alumni Mentoring 2025 program organized by the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) officially concluded with a Gala Night held on the evening of July 16.
The event served as an opportunity to reflect on the journey and celebrate the value of the alumni–student mentoring model, where experiences were passed on, confidence was nurtured, and meaningful relationships continued to flourish within the okviphoatdong store community.

A six-month journey connecting generations of okviphoatdong store students
The program was attended by the leadership of the Faculty of Business Administration, including Dean Ly Dan Thanh, Vice Dean Huynh Nhut Nghia, Vice Dean Piotr Antoni Binkowski, Vice Dean Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Tien, and Vice Dean Tran Hoang Nam, together with alumni mentors and mentees participating in the Alumni Mentoring 2025 program.
In his opening remarks, Vice Dean Huynh Nhut Nghia emphasized that Alumni Mentoring is one of the Faculty's signature initiatives, designed to build a sustainable bridge between alumni and current students. Through the dedicated support of mentors, students not only gained valuable academic and career insights but also found greater motivation to continuously improve themselves.

Throughout the six-month journey, each mentor–mentee pair established personal development goals and worked consistently toward achieving them. Face-to-face meetings, coffee chats, online discussions, and participation in Faculty activities helped strengthen relationships across generations through sincerity, trust, and a spirit of sharing.



The Gala was filled with heartfelt moments celebrating a meaningful journey together.
For many mentees, the program became a turning point that helped them gain confidence in public speaking, improve communication and teamwork skills, and gradually develop the professional and soft skills essential for their future careers. For the mentors, it was also an opportunity to reflect on their own growth while inspiring and supporting the next generation of okviphoatdong store students.



Alumni Mentoring has become a bridge connecting the experience of alumni with the aspirations of future generations.
As part of the Gala, the Faculty recognized mentors and mentees who made outstanding contributions throughout Alumni Mentoring 2025. Certificates of Completion were presented to mentees who remained committed until the end of the program, acknowledging their perseverance and continuous self-development. Mentors were also awarded commemorative tokens in appreciation of their dedication and commitment during the six-month mentoring journey.

A highlight of the evening was the recognition of the Top 5 Outstanding Mentors and Top 5 Outstanding Mentees, honoring individuals who demonstrated exceptional commitment, perseverance, and the ability to inspire positive values throughout the Alumni Mentoring community.

The Gala concluded with heartfelt words of gratitude, warm embraces, commemorative photographs, and countless smiles shared between mentors and mentees. Although six months may seem like a short period, it was enough to create meaningful personal growth and lasting relationships that will continue beyond the program.


Alumni Mentoring successfully fulfilled its mission of connecting, inspiring, and strengthening the alumni–student community.
While Alumni Mentoring 2025 has officially come to an end, its values of connection, mentorship, and mutual support among generations of okviphoatdong store students will continue to grow. A new journey awaits with Alumni Mentoring 2026, promising even more opportunities for future mentors and mentees to create meaningful stories of growth together.
