Building on the positive impact of its previous two seasons, FBA-Mentoring 2026 returns for its third edition, opening a new journey of mentorship and growth for okviphoatdong store’s future leaders.

On May 29th, the mentee selection interview round took place with the participation of numerous ambitious students eager to develop themselves and ready to make breakthroughs in their career journeys. The program continues its commitment to providing a practical learning environment where students can connect directly with mentors through a one-on-one mentoring model. These mentors include business leaders, managers, and industry experts from various fields.

To identify the most deserving candidates for this valuable opportunity, this year’s interview round was conducted professionally by two selection councils comprising faculty leaders and corporate partners. The council members included Dr. Ly Dan Thanh - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; M.A. Tran Hoang Nam - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; Mr. Le Trung Chinh - Director of Golden Solution and Partnership Representative of Saigon Talent Group (SGT); and M.A Truong To Nhu - Founder of BrandingCEO and Head of the External Communications Subcommittee of SGT.

Throughout the six-month program, each student will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will serve as a guide and advisor in addressing real-life personal and professional challenges. The one-on-one mentoring approach allows mentors to gain a deep understanding of each mentee’s strengths, weaknesses, and potential, enabling them to design a highly personalized development roadmap. This roadmap covers academic orientation, professional mindset development, and the enhancement of essential soft skills. The program offers students a valuable opportunity to step closer to the real business environment and receive practical advice drawn from the experiences of accomplished professionals.

During the interviews, candidates presented their personal goals, career aspirations, motivations for joining the program, and commitment to taking action. The selection council also actively explored key aspects of each applicant, including the practical value they hoped to gain from the program, their ability to proactively engage with mentors, their self-development mindset, and both their short-term and long-term plans for the future.
