On the morning of July 8, the International Institute organized a Pre-departure Orientation for a delegation of 25 students participating in the International Semester program at Tongmyong University (South Korea) - Summer 2026. This is an important activity aimed at helping students thoroughly prepare their knowledge, skills, and mindsets before embarking on their journey of studying and experiencing an international educational environment.
The program was attended by Dr. Ly Dan Thanh - Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Ms. Nguyen Le Dong Xuan - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Tien - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Dr. Nguyen Kim Thoa - Vice Director of the International Institute.

The Pre-departure Orientation session helps students best prepare their equipment before departing for South Korea.
At the orientation session, representatives of the Organizing Committee provided essential information regarding the upcoming journey, ranging from the program schedule, academic contents, and daily life to crucial notes during travel and accommodation in South Korea.
Students received detailed guidance on items to prepare prior to the departure date, such as necessary documents, personal belongings, appropriate clothing for the weather conditions in South Korea, as well as regulations to keep in mind during immigration procedures. In addition, practical experiences were shared to help them adapt to a new living environment, take initiative in their studies, and engage in cultural exchanges.

The International Semester program at Tongmyong University, South Korea - Summer 2026, themed “okviphoatdong store - Tongmyong: Global Business Immersion Semester 2026,” will take place over 4 weeks from July 20 to August 16 in Busan. This offers okviphoatdong store students an opportunity to access an international educational environment, expand their specialized knowledge, enhance foreign language proficiency, and experience the culture of one of Asia's most developed economies and technology hubs.
Within the framework of the program, students will complete 2 courses equivalent to 6 credits at Tongmyong University. The subjects are designed with an international orientation, helping learners approach modern business and management trends while practicing their foreign language utilization in an international academic environment. Alongside academic contents, the program integrates cultural experiential activities, allowing students to discover South Korean life, people, and identity.
