On the morning of June 25, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting organized the FFA Job Fair & Mock Interviews 2026, creating a space for direct connection between students and businesses while enabling learners to experience a real recruitment process while still on campus.




FFA Job Fair & Mock Interviews 2026 provided students with a practical career-experience environment
With the participation of 19 businesses operating in finance and banking, accounting, auditing, tax, manufacturing, commerce and services, the program offered more than 200 job and internship positions for students. This is considered one of the faculty’s key activities to expand career opportunities, strengthen students’ integration capacity and improve their adaptability to the labor market.
The program was attended by Mr. Đỗ Quốc Anh - Vice Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nhan Cẩm Trí - Vice President of the University; Dr. Phan Bảo Giang - Vice President of the University; MSc. Nguyễn Thị Kim Loan - Deputy Director of the Center for Corporate Relations; along with leaders and lecturers of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Representatives of the sponsoring units included Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) - Tân Định Branch, VPS Securities Joint Stock Company, Mekong Paper Production Trading Joint Stock Company, and partner businesses participating in recruitment.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Đỗ Quốc Anh emphasized the role of university-business engagement in training high-quality human resources. Business representatives attending the fair also highly appreciated the significance of the program in creating an effective bridge between recruiters and students. On this occasion, okviphoatdong store also signed cooperation agreements with four businesses, including Mekong Paper Production Trading Joint Stock Company, IFA Consulting Auditing Co., Ltd., 5T Vietnam Accounting and Tax Agency Co., Ltd., and Asia Dragon Auditing and Valuation Co., Ltd.
The new cooperation agreements are expected to further expand the University’s strategic partner network, creating more internship, field-study, employment and career-experience opportunities for students in finance, accounting, auditing, manufacturing and commerce.

The program also featured an engaging topic, “Overview of the Accounting - Finance Job Market: Opportunities and Challenges,” shared by Ms. Phạm Thị Hương Hạnh - Recruitment Director of Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank).
Drawing on the latest 2026 labor-market survey data, the speaker gave students a comprehensive view of recruitment demand in the sector, income levels across many job positions, and human-resource development trends during the digital transformation period. One message emphasized throughout the session was that today’s market does not lack job opportunities; what businesses are looking for are candidates who can meet increasingly high professional requirements.

Immediately after the session, the job fair became lively as students began joining direct and online interview sessions with businesses. The hybrid recruitment model implemented this year brought many advantages to learners.
